Our first visit to Etna. Fine Italian cuisine. Very classy restaurant. The dishes were lovingly prepared and of excellent quality. On our next visit to Mannheim with pleasure again.

Great birthday kitchen party We were invited by friends to the birthday kitchen party at Ristorante Etna on Saturday, December 07, 2019. Reception with Prosecco and finger food - crissini with Parma ham, mini white bread sliced ​​with anchovy butter and caviar was very tasty for the mood. It would go on with plenty of antipasti from the buffet. Homemade tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, butter and parmesan or tagliolini from the parmesan loaf with black truffle and vegetarian penne were served from the kitchen. From the chef, Giuseppe Fallico, personally there was fresh salmon tartare on avocado cream. Fresh salmon fillet and tuna steak with sauce with red pepper or beef fillet with sauce Bérnaise came from the grill. Side dishes of vegetables and rosemary potato. As a dessert: Tiramisu and PannaCotta with Hokkaido pumpkin, cream puffs with chocolate cream After midnight there was a selection of cheeses from Provolone, Parmigano and Peccorino The wine selection also left nothing to be desired: Bianco: Tognazzi - Lugana, Cascina Ardea - D.O.P Rosato: Grillesino - Toscana, Bomarzo Rosso: 1UNO Primitivo Di Mandura - COC The service was also very decent and friendly. Updated April 2017: Still as good as when we went last. Redecorated and had new furniture. Staff still friendly and good food that is well worth the price. :: Went with Family whilst on Holiday. Nice friendly atmosphere, good food - lots of choice at a reasonable price. Definitely going again when we are next here.
